All Fatjax ingredients are locally sourced and contain no artificial colours, flavours, or preservatives.

    We are a family business, 3 generations. At the festival we will be serving Artizan Grilled Cheese Sandwiches with a variety of exciting stacked fillings. The trailer is available to hire for functions, weddings, parties etc.

  • Fuzzy Duck Brewery

    Fuzzy Duck Brewery The Fuzzy Duck Brewery is an eight barrel (1300 litre) plant located in Poulton-le-Fylde, Lancashire. The brewery started as a half barrel plant located at the home of the Head Brewer (Ben Croston) in Preesall in January 2006. Demand immediately outstripped supply and after a lengthy search, new premises were found in Poulton-le-Fylde. On 17th October 2006 the first brew, ‘Pheasant Plucker’ was completed on the new 8 barrel plant.

Spices used specially imported. Indian Delights is a family-run business from Lancaster, Lancashire, we specialise in bringing an authentic Indian experience to your festival or event. At your Festival we\’ll be selling a range of traditional Indian curries, including chicken, lamb or vegetarian cooked from scratch in our preparation

  • Jeni’s Brownies

    Jeni’s Brownies were dreamt up in the sleepy village of Dolphinholme in May 2016 by Jeni.  Who, as a self taught baker,  began her baking career in 2012 with Jeni’s Cupcakes and started to frequent local farmers markets and food festivals.  She then,  due to popular demand,  progressed to birthday and wedding cakes and has never looked back!      In 2016 feeling like she needed a new challenge the luxury Brownies were created.  She tried her Brownies out on her friends until she was happy with her unique  recipes and then the Brownies accompanied the Cupcakes out to the food festivals.

    Johnson & Swarbrick, established in 1985, are the UK’s foremost poultry producer. A family owned and operated business, whose motto is ‘a happy bird is a tasty bird’. Their famous cornfed Goosnargh chicken and duck is supplied to the finest chefs around the country including Nigel Howarth of Northcote Manor, Mark Hix of Hix Restaurants, Chris and Jeff Galvin of Galvin Restaurants and Sydney Aldridge of Fortnum and Mason; confirming the quality of the poultry is second to none.
