Sticky Toffee Pudding in various flavours made from home and packed in individual containers in their own butterscotch sauce, for customers to take away and reheat at home. Also other related sticky toffee pudding products and brownies of various flavours.
Firstly the meat is bathed in Vinegar to help cleanse and tenderise the meat. The meat is then marinaded in our special blend of herbs and spices and left in the fridge for 24 hours. Once marinaded the meat is hung in a drier which dries the meat through a constant air flow and very low heat (Too high or too quickly would cook the meat; (not quite the outcome we want!) This can take anything from 3 -7 days depending on the thickness of the meat and the fat content levels. The meat is then sliced and flavoured with natural herbs

Uncle Bob’s Dairy Ice Cream is a new venture for the Robinson family who are well known in the local area as long established suppliers of high quality meat. Using milk from our own cows we are now producing delicious homemade dairy ice cream in a variety or flavours. Our ice cream is made from milk produced by our own herd of Ayrshire and Jersey cows and cream from a neighbouring farm. We use only the finest natural ingredients, with real Italian flavourings and fresh produce when in season.
