    Here at SA Sauces, we produce certified Gluten free sauce concentrates which are simple and delicious to make. We have a wide range of different and unique flavours. All you have to do is simply add either double cream for a totally decadent, restaurant quality sauce, or simply add Crème fraîche for those that prefer a low fat option. We also have a Thai Green Curry which is best used with coconut cream, or coconut milk.

  • Gift of Oil

    The gift of oil has built up an exceptional reputation for quality, affordable, artisan products which, most importantly, taste wonderful too! The incredible flavour of our olive oils and balsamic is what makes our loyal customers return to us month after month, year after year. Once the products arrive in the UK we have a dedicated team of enthusiasts who sample, bottle, label and quality check each product by hand at our premises in North Manchester, before they are dispatched to our customers through our website, our shop, at food festivals around the UK and sold through independent retailers.

  • Karni Bites

    Karni Bites is an authentic Greek Gyros, Souvlaki, or Greek Patties with Feta. Marinated with our own herbs and spices, Char Grilled and Served with Fresh Rocket, Tomatoes, Red Onion, and Tzatziki. It is served on a Greek Pitta or Flatbread. Veg Option – Greek Salad, Dolmades, Feta, and Cayenne Pepper. Greek Sausages.

Each year their award-winning team reaches over 130,000 North West children with their unique brand of inspirational, hands-on science. They deliver events and programmes for children from 3 to 13 years on our mission, to inspire future scientists on a scale that will make a difference.

  • Apricot Meringue

    Apricot Meringue Helen and her team at Apricot Meringue on King Street are always kept on their toes by their huge customer base.  One of Clitheroe’s more traditional and high quality tea shops, their range of home made cakes, pies, dishes and pastries never ceases to amaze.  The team pride themselves on using local to area ingredients in their produce, and on festival day they extend their shop onto King Street where all can share in this glorious bounty.

    Whether you have fond memories of your last holidays in the Alps, love Christmas Markets, want to enhance your next German/Bavarian themed party, or you are adventurous enough to give Bavarian Patisserie products a go, here is the place to get your hands on some genuine patisserie products. Bavaria and the Alpine area, including Austria and Swiss, have a rich heritage of great bakes, some of them still a secret in the UK. But that will change. I am currently focusing on introducing different types of Bavarian fruit bread and Christmas biscuits including German gingerbread (Lebkuchen). Some recipes have not

    Bowland Chocolate creates beautiful chocolates in the heart of Slaidburn within the Forest of Bowland. As a small independent chocolate company, we produce chocolates for gifts and events all made with the highest quality ingredients.  

  • Choc Amor

    Choc Amor Choc Amor make all their products by hand in small batches using only the finest quality Belgian Couverture Chocolate and Lancashire core ingredients such as cream.  Their shop at Botany Bay (just off Jct8 M61) is open 7 days a week and can be found on the ground floor. Their Chocolate Rooms are down in Tarleton, pop in for the best hot chocolate and chocolate you’ve ever tasted!  Paul has hosted a Chocolate Tutored Tasting at the food festival for two years now, this year is no different and as always, is bound to be another sell out

  • Country Crepes

    Country Crepes Colin Darlington has supported the food festival since day one with his delicious french style pancakes to make our Rivesaltes twin townsfolk proud.  Made using free range eggs from local Farmers Richard Thornber at Slaidburn. Never one to shy away from serving a good sprinkling of sugar and lemon with his pancakes or a thick dollop of cream with fruit, Colin’s pancakes are all made to order and are thin and delicious.

  • Cowmans Butchers Clitheroe

    Cowmans Butchers Cowmans are famous for their huge sausage offer at their shop on Church Street. With well over 60 varieties as well as their normal offer of succulent meats and poultry, the team will no doubt be inundated again both on their stand and within their shop on festival day.  Sourcing locally and for quality has always been Cowmans remit, so be sure to visit early and take full advantage of some superb offers and selections.  

  • Cunliffe Hog Roast and Farm Shop

    Cunliffe Hog Roast and Farm Shop With over 50 years of family farming, Cunliffe Hog Roast and Catering truly believe in delivering quality, mouth-watering homemade and locally sourced food. So local in fact, they use their very own outdoor reared pigs for Hog Roasts and many other ingredients from our chicken and dairy farms in the Ribble Valley.  Lora and her team will be spinning their hog roast on the street this year, where you can fill up on a deliciously tasty home reared piggy butty!
