    The Real Thai Pie Company The Real Thai Pie Company were the winners of our 2013 ‘Producer of the Festival Award’ and in the same week won a Great Taste Award Gold Star too.  Dean Wilson who owns the company won with merit given to the quality of the product judged on taste, texture, presentation and knowledge.  Above all the use of Lancashire core ingredients in every single pie he produces, sublimely mixed with authentic Thai spices.

  • The Twisted Curry Company

    Whether it is a mild creamy Korma or an insanely hot Naga Phall you can rely on the Twisted Curry to supply you with the tastiest flavour packed blends to turn you into a curry hero. There’s everything you could need for a quick supper to a Indian banquet.

  • Trickie Dickies Sticky Toffee Pudding Co

    Sticky Toffee Pudding in various flavours made from home and packed in individual containers in their own butterscotch sauce, for customers to take away and reheat at home. Also other related sticky toffee pudding products and brownies of various flavours.

  • The Weston Biltong Company

    Firstly the meat is bathed in Vinegar to help cleanse and tenderise the meat. The meat is then marinaded in our special blend of herbs and spices and left in the fridge for 24 hours. Once marinaded the meat is hung in a drier which dries the meat through a constant air flow and very low heat (Too high or too quickly would cook the meat; (not quite the outcome we want!) This can take anything from 3 -7 days depending on the thickness of the meat and the fat content levels. The meat is then sliced and flavoured with natural herbs
