Kelly’s Kitchen, who have been a regular at the festival for many years will be showcasing their wood fired pizzas this year too! (they will be in their normal spot in the bullring with their paellas and sangria) The wood fired pizzas will be on Market Street. Handcrafted and freshly topped authentic Neapolitan pizzas, cooked in the wood fired oven. Sustainable card plates are used and sustainable and eco friendly wood is used to fire and cook all the pizzas in under a minute. We can cook four pizzas every 60 seconds! Wignalls Yallo Ltd is a family owned and run Lancashire farm, producing an award winning, cold pressed rapeseed oil. Our cold pressed rapeseed oil is sown, grown, harvested, pressed and bottled on the farm by John and Clare using the highest quality rapeseed, and the land has been lovingly nursed back to life using sustainable farming methods. We’re a tea company based in Yorkshire and Myanmar who not only offer a range of smooth and subtly tasting loose leaf teas, but also the unique edible fermented tea leaves that create the base of Lahpet Thoke, Myanmar’s national dish. All of our tea is ethically sourced from smallholder farmers based in the beautiful Shan State. We would be selling take-home items, not cups of tea, and we would be offering free samples of all our products. We did very well at the food lovers, it is probably our favourite event of the summer!
