British and Irish food produce largely from small independent suppliers. Artisan cheeses and dairy products, charcuterie, bread, olive oil, chocolate, pickles and chutneys. Wine, beer and fortified drinks. Cheese toasties with local sourdough, with the potential of cheese raclette as a special for the Festival.
