We are a focacceria established in 2023, supplying wholesale customers and trading at weekly markets including Lancaster, Poulton, Kendal and Garstang. At Clitheroe Food Festival, we will be showcasing our premium focaccia sarnie range, developed in collaboration with a friend and chef from L’Enclume and launching this summer.
