Ginger Bakers are a multi award winning bakery producing an inspiring array of cakes and bakes. We believe good food needs high quality simple ingredients and attention to detail. We use a plentiful supply of local, natural and carefully sourced ingredients. We take care not to use any additives or preservatives making sure there is consistent high quality in every bite. Ginger Bakers was founded through a passion for creativity and a love of all things cake. Lisa and her dedicated team aim to satisfy and delight with every batch of hand crafted cakes they bake. 70% of our range is free from, gluten free, dairy free or vegan as we want everyone to enjoy our cakes. We are have recently been awarded best Food Producer for the second time at the Cumbria Life Food & Drink Awards. We have 11 great taste awards to date amongst other national awards gathered since we were established 12 years ago.
