India Express provides delicious, vegetarian Indian dishes, cooked using traditional methods and recipes that have been handed down through generation of their family. Dishes such as samosas, pakoras, spring rolls, spicy triangles, aloo tiki, gulab jamun and a variety of ready-made curries will be available at the event. They specialise in creating Achar, a traditional Indian pickle that adds great taste on its own, as a side dish or paired with your own home cooking!
